Now based out of the SanFrancisco bay area, eyecompose photography works with International commercial and editorial clients focusing on food and lifestyle imagry. We try to work as often
as possible with sustainable/green/eco friendly companies.
Rebecca Dadson -
...began her photography career shooting international travel guides for the dutch publisher Mo Media, while at the same time producing independent theatre, film and television productions. She then went on to complete her post grad digital photography diploma in Paris, France. While attending school she also studied under Paris and Moscow based Magnum photographer Georgui Pinkhassov and well-known London based food photographer, David Loftus. Since then she has been photographing and living around the globe.... from the UK to New Zealand to Canada and now the United States. "I hope to show through my images my playful joi de vivre and passion for my work."
Christos Obretenov -
...has been photographing around the globe for over 10 years. Most often he's photographing his passions... surfing, biking, snowboarding. He began his career shooting film stills for various features and shorts.

I wanted to let y'all know I'm back!! ...back from where you may ask ... well incase you hadn't noticed me gone... since last February I've been pretty busy being pregnant and having a baby .... now I'm ready to get the camera back out and pointing at subjects other than my daughter Cloe.
During this time we also moved our family base to the San Francisco bay area...so here I am at my new base, but still traveling a fair amount to LA and Vancouver .... and of course where ever else I'm needed ....be it Hawaii, France, India.... ;-) Please contact me if you need any shots while I'm in LA and/or Vancouver during the following dates.... best to reach me at +1.415.462.2555 or rebecca@eyecompose.com

| Tuesday, September 02, 2008 | | taking a break.... | My fabulously talented Eyecompose partner and husband - Christos Obretenov - will temporarily be taking over as the sole photographer of Eyecompose while I reach the final stages of my pregnancy. I will still be reachable via email but cannot promise I will respond immediately. The plan is for me to be back with my camera in November. We'll be in Vancouver until January 15 skiing, hanging with friends and family, and squeezing some work in between ;-) Back to LA mid January.

My good friend / writer / eco warrior Anna Cummins (www.bringyourown.org) was writing an article this week on the new Santa Monica restaurant laws banning certain chemicals/products in take away boxes, cups, bags, etc . So we headed over to Greatful Bread, a new bakery in the neighborhood, who is one of the first to implement the new eco-friendly takeout materials.
